Our staff has been working diligently to create an environment that includes several safety measures while maintaining efficiency standards. We as a company, whose top priority is protecting the health and well-being of our guests, want nothing more than for you to feel confident in our ability to do so.

In order to limit guest occupancy in our lobbies and waiting areas, we’ve implemented a new check in process. Here’s how it works; Twenty minutes prior to your appointment, we will send a text message to your cell phone asking clients to reply with the letter ‘Y’ when they’ve arrived in our parking lot. Once we’ve received a reply, we’ll send a short health assessment to ensure that no one entering our salon is symptomatic. When the assessment has been completed, we will let you know when your stylist or spa technician is ready for you to come in!
Once we’re ready for you to come in, a staff member will conduct a temperature scan to ensure you do not have a fever. If your temperature is 100.4 degrees or above, we will kindly ask you to re-schedule for another day.
