These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Kenneths' Hair Salons and Day Spas website, located at Kenneths.com

Kenneth's offers SMS messaging for appointment reminders, remote check-in, and promotional messages.

Users can subscribe to our notifications servies online while registering for a new account, or change notification preferences in their account settings. Users can also subscribe to our notificatiion system by opting in during the in-person, or phone, account setup proccess.

Participating carriers include: AT&T, Boost Mobile, T-Mobile, Metro PCS, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Nextel & Virgin Mobile. Carriers are not liabel for delayed or undeliverable messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent or received. You can expect to receive approximately 2 reminder messages per appointment, and 3 information messages per month. But, we may exceed this number in certain circumstances. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to XXXXX. When we receive a "STOP" message, we will send one last confirmation SMS to confirm the subscription status after which no more SMS messages will be sent. For more information, text "HELP" to XXXXX. When we receive a "HELP" message, we provide instructions on how to use th eservice and how to unsubscribe.
