They was so good to me and my niece she’s 3 and was being very hyper and overwhelmed and they helped me a lot even though I wasn’t allowed to actually bring her they let me, Sharon did my hair and did amazing!!! I will be back when my hair needs redone!!!:) I wanted my red hair to look natural and some brown highlights!!

While being at the Academy, Sharon has shown examples of great guest experience, team support, and growth within the company.
When Sharon is with a client, she gives them her full attention and she really listens to what the clients want. She gives the client the Kenneth experience and they leave happy every time.
She is always willing to support her team and give assistants whenever needed, even if she had a busy day herself. For example, we had a very busy Friday night a couple weeks ago and she stayed later to help with a clients blow-dry, even though she could have left.
Since day one, Sharon has grown within this company. Her work improves every day, and her attitude is always positive. She shows the core values of GROW, CARE, and COMMUNITY. She has grown her confidence, she cares about the company and her other stylists, and she strengthens her community by being a bright light.
