Reservations & Cancellations Policy

We are honored to reserve time especially for you and appreciate your consideration when changes to your reservation are needed.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. Advance notice allows us the opportunity to accommodate other guests and helps our service providers make the most of their schedules.

We understand that unexpected situations arise, and we will always do our best to work with you when circumstances are beyond your control.

Guests who arrive late may have their service adjusted or shortened to ensure we remain on schedule for all reservations. In some cases, a reservation may need to be rescheduled.

Certain services, packages, promotions, or reservation types may require a credit card to secure the reservation. Guests will be notified of any reservation requirements at the time of booking.

To help us provide the best possible experience for all guests, Kenneth's reserves the right to modify reservation requirements based on a guest's reservation history. In certain circumstances, future reservations may require additional confirmation, a credit card guarantee, advance payment, or other reservation accommodations.

Online Purchase & Shipping Policy

We want every Kenneth's purchase to arrive in excellent condition and meet your expectations.

If an item purchased through our website arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can assist you.

Damaged Items

To request a return or replacement for a damaged item, please provide:

  • Photos of the original packaging
