Ally

One of our returning guests came in for a walk in appointment. She had been here before but this visit was much different. This guest was here after starting chemotherapy and wanted to talk about her next steps. Ally overheard the conversation with our guest service staff and stepped up and volunteered to squeeze her in between two clients. She recognized the sensitive nature of this visit and moved to a more private area of the salon to consult. After hearing her story and many tears they had a game plan. This client ended up not losing all of her hair this day but had a new shorter style and plenty of tips to give her the most confidence during this difficult transition. At the end of the visit Ally and her guest were laughing and hugging. Ally really stepped up and not only made our client feel incredibly valued, but she offered a sincere listening ear and gave her the confidence to move forward with her decision. I can't think of a better example of CARE and COMMUNITY!

We truly love experiencing all aspects of life with our clients. From the happy celebratory moments of new babies, birthdays and job promotions to the sad moments where sometimes a good cry is all you can do. We are so grateful that actions like Ally's have given each our guests the comfort to share their lives with us.
