Hey, I'm Jay! I grew up in a small town, but I'm a city girl at heart. I love traveling, seeing live music, and exploring all that Columbus has to offer. Come sit in my chair so we can start your custom hair journey and have you looking and feeling amazing!
Jay is a magician she took care of my badly damaged hair and gave a beautiful lift with rich red color. I highly recommend her!

In the few months I've had the opportunity to manage at Avery, it became clear that Jay has been a core part of this salon from the very beginning. Even when I worked at the front desk and would occasionally pick up shifts at Avery, what always stood out to me was her bubbly personality, the genuine kindness she shows everyone, and the incredible relationships she builds with her clients.
Jay is truly dedicated to her craft. It's obvious how much she cares about every guest who sits in her chair, and she always goes above and beyond to make sure they leave feeling confident and beautiful. Her passion for what she does shines through in every service she provides.
She is also an incredible teammate. I regularly see Jay stepping in to help coworkers whenever they need support, and it's common to see others shadowing her because they know they can learn so much from her. Even during the little downtime she has, she's always finding ways to contribute and help the salon run smoothly.
Beyond the salon floor, Jay serves as an instructor at the academy, and there couldn't be a better role model for future stylists. She shares her knowledge, encourages growth, and inspires others to become the best versions of themselves. Jay embodies our core value of CARE every single day. She cares deeply for her clients, supports her coworkers without hesitation, and helps create a positive, motivating culture at Avery.
