Hi, I'm Pam. If I'm not at the salon, you'll find me with my boys. My husband and I like to attend football games, hosting get togethers and vacationing with our two sons. Can't forget to mention our fur daughter, Lexi! I love to get out of town with the girls, too! Taking time to travel and enjoy my family and friends is very important to me. I really enjoy my job, I get to make people feel good and look their best, that's why I've been doing hair for so long!
Pam at Dublin salon is wonderful! Being new to town I took a random chance at Kenneth’s and found a stylist that is a perfect fit. I’ve had two appointments, one cut and color and second a cut only. My hair looks great. Pam has also given me recommendations for fun places check out in the area. I couldn’t be happier.

OWNERSHIP IN ACTION
Pam is always willing to help her coworkers and do the very best for every client that walks through our doors. On this particular day, she helped a stylist who was very nervous about taking care of a salon regular. She had seen her 3 times before and just couldn’t get her weekly set to look like Becki did. Pam entered the building and, before even setting her bags down, helped this stylist troubleshoot and gave tips to help make her style last. As luck would have it Pam had a cancellation right as this regular was arriving for her appointment! Before I could find Pam to ask for her assistance, she had already offered to help her coworker! After their conversation, Pam offered to take the entire appointment and welcomed the other stylist to watch so she could learn some “old school” techniques. They walked up as a pair. Pam greeted the guest and explained what they would like to do so she felt comfortable. Her hair ended up looking BEAUTIFUL and she was very happy with the results!
Pam’s willingness to help not only fostered future confidence in our company’s newest generation of leaders, it also put the experience of our guest at the highest priority. These things directly affect our continued success as a company and reflect our core values of GROW, CARE and COMMUNITY!! It may have seemed like a small kindness in the moment but, it really made a lasting impression on me!
