I had a horrible past experience at a Kenneth?s in grove city, so I was hesitant to go back to any. My friend works with Rachel?s dad and said to try her. I have never had a better hair experience and my hair looks so healthy, the color is immaculate. She did an amazing job! I would recommend her to everyone.
