I want to recognize one of our incredible stylists whose heart is just as beautiful as the work she creates—Lindsay!

She is the kind of person who would bend over backwards for her clients — and often does. It’s not just the big transformations that define her, but the small, thoughtful gestures that make every guest feel genuinely cared for. Whether it’s remembering the tiniest detail about someone’s life or taking a few extra moments to ensure everything is just right, she makes every appointment personal and meaningful. Her talent behind the chair is nothing short of magnificent. From precision cuts to stunning, customized color, she has an exceptional eye and an artistic touch that allows her to truly tailor each service to the individual sitting in front of her.

Beyond her talent, her warm smile and vibrant personality light up the entire salon. She brings energy, positivity, and authenticity into every room she walks into. She supports her coworkers, always ready to lend encouragement, share her expertise, or step in to ensure every guest has the absolute best experience possible. For instance Lindsay dropped everything one day, to go purchase a specific cape for a client so they would have a memorable moment at Millrun.

She demonstrated our core value, CARE in the biggest way! Even though the guest wasn’t her own, she immediately went out of her way, leaving to run to the store to make sure the proper equipment was available. Lindsay saw a need and stepped up without being asked, because that’s who she is.
