Hi, I'm Tiffany! I was born in Texas, I've lived in Arizona, Florida, and Ohio. I would say we were kind of gypsies since I lived in a campground for two years, but once we settled down, Grandview Heights was my home. I have been with Kenneth's since I was 19 years old. Kenneth and my dad really hit it off! I have two kids, two dogs, and an awesome husband. I'm pretty sure everyone would say I am kind of a free spirit and a little kooky, but hopefully in a good way. I love doing hair, it is the only thing I can ever imagine doing. I get to go to work, be creative and make people beautiful every day. It's pretty awesome.
I have just recently started getting my hair done at Kenneths by Tiffany. Over the years I have had my hair cut and colored by several stylists, but Tiffany is beyond comparison the most knowledgeable, competent and creative stylist I’ve ever experienced. She listens to what I have in mind, makes suggestions and then does we agreed upon. Personally she is genuine, honest and delightful to be with. She is all about client comfort and satisfaction with her work. I am a client for life!

Help me proudly celebrate one of our senior stylists whose 25+ years of commitment to her community, her team, and our company has left a lasting impact on everyone around her. Tiffany’s (aka TT) bubbly personality and positive energy are felt the moment she walks into the salon. She brings joy not only to the clients in her chair but to every teammate she works beside. No matter how full her schedule may be, she is always the first to say “yes” when a coworker needs help — whether that means comparing extension colors to ensure the perfect match or offering guidance and reassurance when someone needs a second opinion.
Her dedication goes far beyond styling hair. During the busy winter months, she doesn’t hesitate to grab a mop and help the front desk keep our salon clean and welcoming for every guest who walks through our doors. That willingness to step outside her role speaks volumes about her character and her pride in our salon!
Over the years, she has also navigated difficult client conversations with professionalism, grace, and a genuine heart. She listens, she cares, and she handles every situation with compassion and integrity — qualities that can’t be taught, only embodied.
Tiffany demonstrates our core values, especially CARE and GROW on daily basis. Her leadership and teamwork, is so comforting to watch. She genuinely cares about the experience of the clients and has helped technicians who may be struggling with confidence, decisions making or technical skills, she is by their side. She is always willing to learn new techniques and is the first to join an educational advancement class to better her best!
Her 25 years represent more than longevity; they reflect loyalty, leadership, and teamwork. We are incredibly grateful for the example she sets and the legacy she continues to build.
