Beckah

I would like to give Beckah the recognition she deserves. Beckah is a level 4 hair stylist at Polaris and has been with the company for nine years. A few weeks ago a young girl came into the salon with her mom, unhappy with her current haircut and color. Although Beckah did not have much time for this service she made it work because she wanted the client to leave happy. As the client was checking out her mom made sure to tell me several times how amazing Beckah was and specifically how impressed she was with the way she did the consultation. She felt that Beckah really took the time to understand what her daughter was wanting and what she did not like about her current hair. The daughter felt heard and important, Beckah made her feel this way by giving the girl her undivided attention. This is just one of many situations where Beckah demonstrated guest experience excellence. She makes every single client feel special and she truly cares about them feeling beautiful. The way she treats her clients is important especially as an employee-owned organization because it helps her and the company as a whole gain new clients.

Beckah makes sure everyone feels like Kenneths is THIER salon and spa.

Beckah embodies Kenneths core values. One of the values she often demonstrates is GROW, she is constantly looking for ways to do better (even when she is already doing great). She is not satisfied remaining stagnant and her drive is impressive. She loves to do coaching and set goals and this is why she is always improving. Her actions also show the core value BELIEVE. She believes she can deliver a memorable experience to her clients and she believes she can give it to them, which she does. She also believes in the company.

We are lucky to have Beckah at Polaris and I can't wait to see all she accomplishes and all the goals she hits!!
