The most recent interaction that stands out is with a long-term client who has had escalating health issues over the years. Kali consistently gives extra gentle care and consideration throughout her services and even though the client is now non-verbal due to severe dementia, she doesn't let that keep her from making her feel special. I witnessed her complimenting the color choice for her nails and telling her how great she looked! Instead of speaking just with her health aide through her visit, she makes extra sure to make her client feel included and valued. She has truly created trust that is long lasting!
Kali is definitely a great example of what "CARE" and "COMMUNITY" are all about! In addition to this, she has also focused on the core value of "GROW" by consistently elevating herself and achieving her level up goals! Her love for what she does truly shines through and we are so lucky to have her on our team!
