Morgan

Morgan has been with Kenneths for three years and is a level three hair stylist. From my first day as manager at Polaris I noticed her upbeat and positive attitude. She is almost always in good spirits and it is contagious. She demonstrates ownership behavior everyday. One of the most obvious for her being leadership/initiative. Morgan never has to be asked to do something, she takes the initiative to help out where ever she is needed. She is the first one to do the laundry and clean parts of the salon that look dirty when she gets into work. She is almost always busy, but when she is not she immediately comes up to the front desk to see what needs to be done. This shows how she displays our core value CARE.

She's an amazing example to those around her. She has a growth mindset and loves coaching others. When stylists from the academy come to check out Polaris I almost always have them shadow Morgan. She is an amazing teacher and has a passion for what she does and sharing it with others.

The other day Morgan had a client come in for a men's cut. When she came up to get him he immediately told her he had a present for her. I heard her get all excited when she opened the gift!! This shows the connection Morgan makes with her clients and demonstrates our core value COMMUNITY. Morgan has such great relationships with all her clients and its evident anytime you see her with them. I am confident her clients will always stick with her because of this. Morgan also embodies the core value GROW. She is such a hard worker and always motivated to hit her goals.

Polaris would not be the same without Morgan and we are all lucky to work with her!
