Nicole

Recently a woman and her daughter came in the salon completely distraught about the woman's hair. It had been severely damaged by extensions put in by her stylist at another salon. When I went to talk to Nicole (Staci) Ailes about the situation she came straight up front to talk to them. Nicole had a completely booked day but still had them come back so she could talk to them more in depth about their options. She worked around her clients to show the women wigs and toppers and made her feel like a priority. When I walked by, I saw Nicole trying different wigs on her while she lit up. I came over to ask how it was going and the woman told me how Nicole was the absolute best and how she was going to purchase a wig and wear it until her hair could get back to a healthier place. She was so happy to feel beautiful and like herself again and that was all thanks to Nicole!

Nicole (Staci) Ailes has worked here 29 years and is a level 5 stylist at Polaris. Her actions demonstrated CARE by going above and beyond to make the client feel heard and seen. She listened to what the client had been through and how she felt and then made her a priority even while juggling multiple clients. She also demonstrated our core value BELIEVE by believing she could help this client feel confident and beautiful again.

Her willingness to help clients as well as her fellow stylists makes her an excellent leader within the company. She works hard and never gets complacent, which is admirable after working here for 29 years. I can always count on her to be an example for others and help wherever and whenever is needed!
