Hi, I'm Stephanie. I began my nail career in 1994 and have been part of the Kenneth's Polaris Spa since 2006. Nail enhancements are my passion, and I love helping women achieve beautiful, healthy nails. In addition to working directly with guests, I serve as Director of the Nail Department, guiding new product development and facilitating training for our nail technicians. Guests can expect professionalism, industry expertise, and meticulous attention to detail. I enjoy channeling my creativity into hosting memorable gatherings and celebrations outside the salon.
I've been going to this Kenneth's location since they opened - which is a long time! Stephanie has been my main nail tech for many years. She is an expert and her goal is perfection! I love the way she asks me what I want each time - she never assumes. I value her opinion about color and care. She is very personable and genuine. It's always a great experience. Stephanie has been with Kenneth's for 20 years as a nail technician. She is also our Nail Department Director, overseeing every single aspect of the training process for new nail technicians, supporting team growth across all locations, and continually looking for new ways to enhance the nail services we offer to our guests. She ensures that everyone, including herself, is always growing to stay relevant and to make sure we are always elevating the experience!
She exemplifies guest experience excellence with each person who sits in her chair by connecting and building trust from the very first interaction. Although she has many long-time loyal clients, you would never be able to tell them from new clients who get lucky enough to get in for an appointment with her! The way she treats every guest is such a treat to see and she really values the community that she is building. Her genuine and caring personality shines through with every interaction, and she believes in her ability to make sure everyone leaves satisfied.
Supporting her team by leading with a purpose and always being a reliable person to lean on is something you can tell that Stephanie takes great pride in. No matter how busy her day is, she is always asking how she can help around the spa and salon! Everyone knows that they can count on her for reinforcement and they continually look to her for guidance. She shows up early every day, ready to make sure that the nail room looks its best!
