Hi, I'm Lee. I've been in the industry since 1986. I've seen a lot of trends come and go and I have learned quite a bit about cutting and coloring along the way. My philosophy of hairdressing is this: figure out what your hair is most suited to do and make it look cute doing that. You are far more likely to have fewer bad hair days! I look forward to meeting you.
Lyn Lee has done a great job, again. She is very attentive and friendly.

OWNERSHIP IN ACTION
Lisa “Lee” Hammond has been a part of our community for almost 40 years as a stylist at our New Albany location. Lee will be retiring soon, and she still shows up every day and exhibits our core values by working hard and caring for her customers as if they were her own family.
This morning , while taking care of one of her longest standing clients, Lee introduced her to one of our other stylist Alex Alexander. While doing Ms. Joanne's blow-out she gave Alex a step-by-step on how she goes about styling her hair. Lee went into detail about the products that she uses as well as having the client express what she loves most about her blow out. Alex asked questions and they really made Joanne feel at home demonstrating the community aspect of our core value. After all this is "Her Salon and Spa". Now, Ms. J. can feel comfortable continuing to come to see us after Lee retires and is confident that she will be in good hands with Alex.
Lee, I just want you to know that I appreciate everything that you do for us at NG. When I call you the “OG”, it’s because you never miss a beat and take the time to make sure the true vision of Kenneth’s never dies. Whether you work here for 1 year or 40, you must show up every day and take ownership of this space and you uphold the value of CARE and COMMUNITY every single day.
