Hi, I’m Lillian! Ever since I was young, I’ve had a passion hair! What I love most about being behind the chair is helping people feel confident while also creating genuine connections with each client.When I’m not at the salon, you can usually find me spending time with my dog Mabel, getting lost in a good book, or chasing a beautiful sunset. I strive to create a welcoming, relaxing experience where every appointment feels like catching up with a friend while leaving with the hair of your dreams.
I had gone to Kenneth's academy and they did an ok job but I needed a little more cleanup on the cut, it was not.laying correctly and if you have curly hair you understand what I mean. It was shorter than I had wanted but Lillian cleaned it up, added color to go with my highlights and it looks and feels much better. I loved her suggestions and will be seeing her again in 6 weeks.

Lillian did random acts of kindness unexpectedly that really changed and inspired our team recently.
One morning I came in and found a post -it note on my desk saying you make everyone smile just by being you, it really made my morning and struck my heart. A little later that morning one of the techs came up a little teary eyed and said they too received a message on a note. This continued to happen for days! Someone on our team was lifting each of us up by leaving these inspirational notes but we did not know who was doing this. Then, Lillian came to me and said did you get a post – it note in your office? We talked and I told her how touched everyone had been by this and how much it truly meant to her team.
Lillian's small acts of kindness truly touched her teammates and set such a positive vibe throughout our salon just from her being herself and letting us know how she feels and appreciates her coworkers and how they inspire her. We hope she knows that she has inspired us!
Lillian believes in her teammates, and she inspires us to care for each other. She cares about the welfare and cultivation of her peers/work family. Her random acts of kindness, she is spreading inspiration and kindness to her team which in turn promotes a stronger sense of community within the location. Lillian is truly an inspiration to us all. She is selfless and always puts the needs of others above her own. She is always willing to step in and help and make everyone from her guests to her team feel that they are valued, important, and respected. Her positive attitude, personality and warm smile make our team stronger each day and help us continue to grow and build our team and our guest experience by lifting each other up.
