Heather

For the short time that Heather has been with us at this location, she really has stood out as an amazing team player and stylist. Heather is always willing to just dive in and help the team with everything, and she demonstrates this behavior from laundry, to shampoos, to color advice, she takes initiative to jump in and assist her coworkers without any hesitation. Her passion and dedication to Kenneth's and her team do not go unnoticed! Her dedication to her clients is always seen too. AND she is an amazing baker as she has showered us with some amazing treats, we are going to need some of those recipes’ girl!

Being part of a team is special and having Heather join us has made our team even stronger. The values that she demonstrates daily are evident; she truly cares about her company and team. Her positivity, bright personality and willingness to dive right in and help all is truly what we want our culture to be. She is thinking not only like a coworker, but like an owner by taking care of our salon AND each other.

Heather demonstrates the value connection of Care. By always diving in and being a team player, Heather is showing us all how we can take care of each other and our salon to make each day a better one for our guests and for each other.
