Shannon continues to elevate the client experience with every guest she takes. Her warm, outgoing and caring personality really stands out. Her enthusiasm and passion for her craft shines through on every guest. One client always stands out to me. Linda has been a client of Shannon's for a few years now and is a weekly blow-out client of hers. The connection that these two share is beautiful. From the moment Shannon greets Linda at the front with a warm smile and friendly conversation, to the meticulous way and time that she takes with Linda to make sure that every curl is just right and in place for her, to see the joy that she brings to this guest is simply beautiful.

Shannon brings a connection and something that is so special to each of her guests. She realizes that it is more than just a job, but a way to make someone feel beautiful. Linda always tells me at checkout how much she adores Shannon and appreciates her and that she always looks forward to her next visit with her. She said she is truly a special person in her heart, and we are so lucky to have her.

Shannon's behavior matters to our company because she radiates what we all should be doing day in and day out. From her attitude, warm smile, and caring and empathetic behaviors that she has with every guest, this is what keeps them coming back to her and Kenneth's.
