Emmy

For the 2 years I have been here at Westerville, I have heard nothing but amazing feedback from Emmy's clients. One interaction that really stuck out to me was that we were having a company wide Hydropeptide sale, she knew one of her client loved the Hydropeptide sleep mask and out of the kindness of her heart she went ahead and purchased it for her. That client was over the moon and so happy because she was not able to purchase here at Kenneth's anymore. That is just one example of how empathetic Emmy is and how much she cares about her clients and building relationships with them.

The core values that she demonstrates are CARE + COMMUNITY. She creates a sense of community with her clients and creates real bonds with them. There is a sense of trust you need to have with your service provider and even with the first visit, those clients trust Emmy with her professional advice and recommendations. She also does all she can throughout the salon to make sure it is client ready. She is always keeping up on laundry, dusting the shelves, putting away the order while having a positive attitude. Her clients adore her and when they come up to checkout, they are telling me how amazing their experience is and how comfortable she makes them feel. She is always the first to help out receptionists who are helping out here and helping them get set up.
