Katelynn

Katelynn is always very helpful around the salon and making herself busy during downtime. She is always helping her coworkers with shampoos and blow-dries. She often comes up to the front and asks me what can be done around the salon. She has been an amazing asset to the Westerville salon and fit right in when she came here. She never hesitates to do what she is tasked to do and always goes above and beyond for her team.

Katelynn’s actions reflect team support and collaboration. She is always helping whether that is doing a shampoo for a co worker or doing tasks around the salon for me. She never complains and always has a growth mindset. She also always goes above and beyond for her clients and makes sure they are 100% happy before leaving.

The core value Katelynn demonstrates is care and community. She has shown that she cares about her clients and always puts them first. She also cares about her coworkers and is always the first to jump up and help them out. She makes the most out of her downtime and I never have to ask her to do a task because she always will be doing something! She is the first to be folding laundry, doing busy work around the salon and helping with the shipment.

We all appreciate Katelynn very much.
